Title: Proposal for teacher training, which faces new perspectives in pedagogical research

Abstract: For those people whose task is that of constructing, supervising, and evaluating the apparatuses dedicated to initial and life-long training, the recurring theme is the following: supporting both the developmentof abilities and professional identity. This might be achieved through interventions enabling the improvement of teachers' capability to organize their own study and methods as belonging both to specific ethics and general goals. However, these abilities could develop only on a ground that requires a contact with students, as well as more experienced teachers. Promoting research and professional development means to consider the group of abilities and transformations that deal with individual and collective identities, which may be moved and distributed in the working environment.
