Title: Transactional Analysis's motivational model as a frame for the observation and evaluation of the educational and training paths

Abstract: This essay aims at drawing Transactional Analysis's motivational theory. Its pivotal point is the definition of three fundamental needs: structure, stimulation, and acknowledgment. It thus assesses the possibility—proposed by Meredith—of including a fourth element in the list. Finally, it focusses on the creation of tools for the evaluation of the satisfaction of the above-stated needs within training and educational paths.
