Title: Differences for the changing of organizations Reflections on organizational learning and training in gender mainstreaming processes through the concept of intersectionality

Abstract: This paper aims to build some conceptual bridges in order to cross-link different disciplines. Its main tenet is the assumption that studies on gender mainstreaming, which mainly generated within the academic field of political studies, have mainly focused on policy design/implementation processes, thus overlooking the organizational and learning dimensions of mainstreamingprocesses. I argue that in order to practice and analyze a gender approach as a crosscutting framework it is necessary to take into serious account the organizational and institutional contexts and to read them through the lenses of feminist critics to theories of organizational learning and studies on gender in organizations. By highlighting and isolating conceptual tools at the crossroads of these disciplines, I pose some crucial research questionsand argue for the need of building a gendered 'formative' theory. The analysis shows how most of the critical literature in the aforementioned disciplines shares the refusal of a reductionist and binary logic and proposes a view on gender as intertwined with other differences and axis of discrimination—being that the case of the theories on intersectionality. I maintain that some of questions revealed by such interdisciplinary encounters allow us toimprove the empirical research on gender mainstreaming and eventually contribute to begin and shape a gendered 'formative' theory.

Abstract: Este artículo tiene como objetivo arrojar algunos puentes entre diferentes áreas disciplinarias a partir de la suposición de que los estudios sobre la integración de género, generados principalmente en el campo de los estudios políticos, se han centrado en la lectura del fenómeno en el campo de las políticas públicas, principalmente terminando dejando la dimensión organizacional y la formación de cambios en el juego22 en el segundo piso2.It is argued how, to put into practice the transversality of the genre that is essential to investigate the organizational and institutional contexts of reference preliminarily and to proceed with an interdisciplinary reading that draws on feminist criticism to the theories of experiential and organizational learning as well as to studies on gender and organization: illustrating and isolating the conceptual tools of these interdisciplinary nodes I will have to formulate some research applications and to support the necessary Construcción de una construcción de una teoría de formación de género. Abstract: Este artigo tem como objetivo lançar algumas pontes entre diferentes áreas disciplinares, a partir da suposição de que os estudos sobre a integração de gênero, principalmente gerados no campo dos estudos políticos, se concentraram na leitura do fenômeno no campo das políticas públicas, principalmente deixando a dimensão organizacional e a formação de mudanças no segundo andar2.It is argued how, to put into practice the transversality of the genre that is essential to investigate the organizational and institutional contexts of reference preliminarily and to proceed with an interdisciplinary reading that draws on feminist criticism to the theories of experiential and organizational learning as well as to studies on gender and organization: illustrating and isolating the conceptual tools of these interdisciplinary nodes I will have to formulate some research applications and to support the Construção necessária de uma construção de uma teoria da formação de gênero.
