Title: The case of ALICE project: an European strategy meant for the implementation of informal learning environments for adults

Abstract: This paper aims at presenting the European strategy for the training of trainers within the context of a LLP-GRUNDTVIG, to be adopted for the implementation of adults' learning pilot programmes that promote intergenerational creative experiences. This project, called ALICE (Adults Learning for Intergenerational Creative Experiences), promotes informal learning with the aim to enhance adults' competences regarding the educational relationshipbetween adults and children. Its training strategy is introduced and discussed within the framework of a socio-constructivist approach that enables trainers to reflect on their own role as mediators when implementing adults' informal learning opportunities. The latter opportunities of informal learning are regarded as a key dimension of a lifelong learning perspective for adults with low educational attainments.

Title: Una strategia europea per l'implementazione di spazi di apprendimento informale per gli adulti: Il caso del progetto ALICE

Abstract: Questo lavoro mira a introdurre e discutere la strategia formativa adottata in una rete progettuale europea (LLP-GRUNDTVIG) di formazione dei formatori, cui obiettivo e preparare quest'ultimi per l'implementazione di forme di apprendimento intergenerazionale e interculturale. Il progetto, denominato "ALICE" (Apprendimento adulto per la generazione di esperienze intergenerazionali creative/Adults Learning for Intergenerational Creative Experiences), promuove l'apprendimento informale per arricchirele competenze degli adulti nella relazionalità bambino-adulto. La strategia formativa è introdotta e discussa facendo riferimento teorico al sociocostruttivismo e particolarmente al concetto di mediazione dell'apprendimento intergenerazionale a carico del formatore/educatore. Per promuovere tale approccio, si propone ai formatori di riflettere sul proprio ruolo come mediatori nell'implementazione di opportunità di apprendimento informalecome dimensione chiave per migliorare la partecipazione di adulticon bassi livelli educativi nella società dell'apprendimento.

Abstract: Ce travail vise à introduire et à discuter de la stratégie de formation adoptée dans un réseau de conception européen (LLP-GRUNDTVIG) de la formation des formateurs, à qui l'objectif et préparez ce dernier à la mise en œuvre de formes d'apprentissage intergénérationnel et interculturel.Le projet, appelé "Alice" (apprentissage des adultes pour la génération de créatifs / adultes d'apprentissage pour des expériences créatives intergénérationnelles, expériences intergénérationnelles), favorise l'apprentissage informel pour enrichir les compétences des adultes dans les relations adultes de l'enfant.La stratégie de formation est introduite et discutée en faisant une référence théorique au sociocostroptivisme et en particulier au concept de médiation de l'apprentissage intergénérationnel contre le formateur / éducateur.Pour promouvoir cette approche, il est proposé aux formateurs de réfléchir à leur rôle en tant que médiateurs dans la mise en œuvre des opportunités d'apprentissage de la taille clé de l'informalechome pour améliorer la participation des niveaux éducatifs à faible teneur en adultes dans la société d'apprentissage.
