Abstract: The article intends to develop the theme of teachers' discomfort, highlighting the current scenario in Brazil and Italy.The question is studied in the context of the research activities of the Doctorate in Cognition and Training of the Ca 'Foscari University of Venice.The goal is to process new tools capable of soliciting the discussion on the problem and, more specifically, of developing effective measures for a healthy and sustainable development of the professionalism of teachers. Abstract: L'articolo intende sviluppare il tema del disagio degli insegnanti, mettendo in evidenza l'attuale scenario in Brasile e in Italia. La questione viene studiata nell'ambito delle attività di ricerca del dottorato in Scienze della Cognizione e della Formazione dell'Università Ca' Foscari di Venezia.
