In addition, two case studies have allowed us to verify, in the field, the trading procedures put in place by the actors involved. The data collected were analyzed using a phenomenological approach in order to return the experience from the point of view of the participants. The results show the importance of different accommodations related to changes in the working environment. Also, it can be made a different organization of work characterized by the introduction of new procedures. Finally, there may be a mentor within the organization.
