Title: New media, old practices. Digital technologies and Media Literacy

Abstract: This paper will examine some of the most recurring problems in the relationshipbetween technology and education. The challenges of the knowledgesociety generate unprecedented training needs that traditional educationalsystems can't cope. Outside of these, however, digital technology aredesigned and spread, generating new forms of "collective intelligence"(Levy, 2002) and "converging cultures" (Jenkins, 2007) that become more andmore "participatory" (Jenkins, 2010).We will first look to show how, in the relationship technology-education,there is still the risk of anamnesis historical, then I will discuss the generationalparadigm, has almost become a slogan, of digital natives/immigrantsand, in the end, will be treated the question access to technologies definedwithin the new media ecology.

Title: Nuovi media, vecchie prassi. Tecnologie digitali e Media Literacy

Abstract: Il presente contributo intende esaminare alcune delle problematiche maggiormentericorrenti nel rapporto tra tecnologia e educazione. Le sfide impostedalla società della conoscenza generano bisogni formativi inediti chei tradizionali sistemi educativi non riescono a fronteggiare. Al di fuori diquesti, invece, le tecnologie digitali vengono concepite e si diffondono,generando nuove forme di "intelligenze collettive" (Levy, 2002) e "cultureconvergenti" (Jenkins, 2007) che diventano sempre più "partecipative"(Jenkins 2010).Si cercherà prima di tutto di mostrare come, nel rapporto tecnologie-educazione,esista ancora il rischio dell'anamnesi storica, quindi verrà discussoil paradigma generazionale, divenuto quasi uno slogan, dei nativi/immigratidigitali e, infine, verrà trattata la questione dell'accesso alle tecnologiedefinito all'interno dell'ecologia dei nuovi media.

Abstract: Cette contribution vise à examiner certains des problèmes les plus récents dans la relation entre la technologie et l'éducation.Les défis imposés à la société du savoir génèrent des besoins de formation non publiés auxquels les systèmes éducatifs traditionnels ne sont pas en mesure de faire face.À l'extérieur, cependant, les technologies numériques sont conçues et réparties, générant de nouvelles formes d '"intelligence collective" (Levy, 2002) et "Cultureconventi" (Jenkins, 2007) qui deviennent de plus en plus "participatives" (Jenkins 2010).
