Title: Educating for enterprise in secondary education
Abstract: One of the issues concerning the literature in entrepreneurship educationis that the same terms are used in different ways. The article proposes to differentiatebetween the educational aspects of entrepreneurship and thetraining aspects. Entrepreneurship education, the general term embeddingthe others, is divided into enterprise education and entrepreneurial training.Drawing from the literature, the article proposes five important dimensionsof the teacher educating for enterprise: enterprising didactics, teachingand evaluating the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship in the students,partnerships inside and outside the school, educating students forenterprising attitudes, being enterprising teachers in a life wide perspective.The article shows a questionnaire based on the five dimensions whichwas given to secondary teachers in an Italian technical institute. Resultssuggests that in the Italian technical institutes there is a lot of work to bedone to have the teachers being enterprising and educating for enterprise.

Abstract: Uno dei limiti che riguardano la letteratura internazionale sull'educazioneall'imprenditorialità è che gli stessi termini sono usati in modi differenti.Quest'articolo propone di differenziare gli aspetti educativi da quelli formativi:l'educazione all'imprenditorialità rimane il termine generale, ma sidistingue l'imprenditività o educazione all'impresa dalla formazione imprenditoriale.Prendendo spunto dalla letteratura internazionale, l'articolodefinisce cinque dimensioni che caratterizzano l'insegnante che educa all'imprenditività:didattica imprenditiva; educare alle attitudini imprenditive;declinare nel curricolo e valutare il senso d'iniziativa e d'imprenditorialità;partenariati fuori e dentro le scuole; essere insegnanti imprenditivi in tuttii contesti di vita. L'articolo mostra i risultati della somministrazione di unquestionario sull'educazione all'imprenditività fondato sulle cinque dimensionia un gruppo di insegnanti di un istituto tecnico. I risultati suggerisconoche c'è ancora molto lavoro da fare per far sì che gli insegnantisiano imprenditivi e possano educare all'imprenditività.
