Title: Analysis of core teaching. Research experience with preservice teachers on practical and theories of teaching

Abstract: A topic very present in the teacher education programs is the ability to analyzethe teaching in its essence, even from different perspectives, to supportepistemological processes, promote effective teaching practices,strengthen the methodological learning of future teachers. The study proposesa research experience to identify and reflect on the main teacher'sknowledge and methodological skills, through the video-analysis of teaching,with 30 preservice teachers. The framework could be of support for furtherresearch on teaching and learning and on pre-service and in serviceteachers' professional development.

Title: Analizzare i nuclei dell'insegnamento. Un'esperienza di ricerca con futuri insegnanti sulle pratiche e le teorie della didattica

Abstract: Una tematica molto presente nei percorsi di formazione degli insegnanti èla possibilità di analizzare l'insegnamento nelle sue essenze, anche da differentiprospettive, per sostenere processi epistemologici, favorire pratichedidattiche efficaci, consolidare l'apprendimento metodologico dei futuriinsegnanti. Lo studio propone una esperienza di ricerca per individuare eriflettere sulle competenze metodologiche e didattiche dell'insegnante, attraverso l'utilizzazione e l'analisi di video-clip di azioni in classe. Hannopartecipato al progetto 30 futuri insegnanti durante un percorso di formazioneiniziale. L'annotazione libera e un framework teorico di supportoha consentito un processo di analisi individuale e collaborativa sull'insegnamento.Il percorso di ricerca sembra adeguato a supportare lo sviluppoprofessionale degli insegnanti in formazione iniziale e in servizio, in particolarenella prospettiva dei "nuclei del sapere didattico", "ovvero della esperienzapratica di natura situata e contestualmente negoziata con le propriecredenze e le conoscenze che si arricchiscono nel corso dell'azione.

Title: Analyser les noyaux d'enseignement.Une expérience de recherche avec les futurs enseignants sur les pratiques et les théories de l'enseignement

Abstract: Un thème très présent dans les cours de formation des enseignants est la possibilité d'analyser l'enseignement dans ses essences, même de la prodigue différente, pour soutenir les processus épistémologiques, pour encourager des pratiques pratiques efficaces, consolider l'apprentissage méthodologique des futuristes.L'étude propose une expérience de recherche pour identifier l'éryphes sur les compétences méthodologiques et didactiques de l'enseignant, grâce à l'utilisation et à l'analyse des vidéos d'actions en classe.Hannopartecipato sur le projet 30 futurs enseignants lors d'un cours de formation.L'annotation gratuite et un cadre de support théorique ont permis un processus d'analyse individuelle et collaboratif sur l'enseignement. Le chemin de la recherche semble suffisant pour soutenir les enseignants en développement dans les enseignants initiaux et des services, en particulier la perspective des "noyaux de la connaissance éducative", "ou de l'expérience de la nature située et négociée simultanément avec leurs propres et connaissances enrichies pendant le cours.
