Title: Maria Montessori. For a change of educational paradigm

Abstract: This paper analyzes the pedagogical thinking of Maria Montessori and theevidence of her method. The educator gives to the teaching-learningprocess a decisive role in any deliberate action with transformative educationalpurposes.The Montessori Method leads to a new education because it allows thechild to build his skills, in progressive autonomy, with his caregiver.

Abstract: Il presente lavoro si sofferma ad analizzare il pensiero pedagogico di MariaMontessori e le evidenze del suo metodo. La pedagogista attribuisce ai processidi insegnamento-apprendimento un'importanza determinante in ogniazione intenzionale con finalità didattico trasformativa. Il MetodoMontessori diviene promotore di un'educazione nuova perché permette albambino di costruire le sue competenze, in progressiva autonomia, sotto losguardo vigile dell'adulto.
