Title: Satisfaction in medical-patient relationship: the evaluation of communication

Abstract: The media in Albania is reflecting an increase of the number of complainsabout the doctors. Just last year exist 10 reports of neglectful treatment butthere were execute only one sentence in 5 years. Also present are the casesof violence against the white shirts for corruption. As noted in my countrythere was reported cases for negligence or without professional skills bythe health professionals instead in other countries of the world the patientscomplain their doctors for the way they are treated. The article aims to answersome questions:– What factors influence the satisfaction of the doctor-patient relationship?– Why the communication in medical practice is so important and how itis perceived by the patients?– How the doctors evaluate them self in their medical practices?– Exist consistency between the assessment made by patients and thedoctors'self-evaluation?

Abstract: I media in Albania riflettono un aumento del numero di denunce nei confrontidei medici.
