Title: Transferable skills in a research context: a research on training activities in Italian doctorates
Abstract: The doctorate, one of the innovation main drivers, is affected by profoundtransformations that require to think again about its training paths. We focuson the transferable skills training which is one of the strategies promotedby supranational organizations and experimented by universities all overthe world. The national level mapping shows in Italy a patchworked situationand a pronounced heterogeneity of the paths that makes desirable acomprehensive and integrated reflection of the offer for the near future.
