Abstract: How to promote the centrality of the learning subject/student along withthe recognition of the increasingly pervasive role and contribution of socialpractices, training and situational factors within the context of learning?How can we mediate between the sense of self and the objectives/goals ofa learning experience? In the light of theories on the subject, the workaimes to analyze the position assumed by the student with respect to learningas well as to identify possible educational-training type improvementstrategies through the construction of IQA model – The learnings Q-Sort.
