Title: From research evidence to teachers training perspectives: homework as a work space
Abstract: The paper focuses on some possible work paths to guide future schoolteachers' preparation by analyzing homework, a widespread school practicethat has a social relevance as evidenced by the media growing attention.However, there is often a superficial approach and a simplistic readingof the question even if it has significant implications as it crosses some ofthe historical themes in the school debate such as family-school collaboration,relationship with the territory and teacher collegiality. In this perspective,this first paper aims to put in evidence the scientific relevance of thistopic and to create the conditions for planning later in-depth research alsothrough empirical studies.

Tuttavia, spesso, prevalgono un accostamento superficiale e unalettura semplicistica della questione che ha invece implicazioni significativepoiché incrocia alcuni temi storici nel dibattito sulla scuola come la collaborazionescuola-famiglia, il rapporto con il territorio, la collegialità dellaprofessione docente. In tale prospettiva, questo primo lavoro intende accostareil tema in chiave problematizzante mostrando la pertinenza di taleoggetto di indagine sul piano scientifico e costruendo le condizioni per approfondimenti successivi anche attraverso studi di natura empirica.
