Title: The Gender Education and the Talent Training. New Challenges for the 21st Century School
Abstract: After long years waiting, in October 2017, the MIUR issued the first NationalGuidelines for the execution of Law 107/2015 art.1 par.16, that it's been discussedlot, urging schools of all levels to turn the indications contained inthe document in actions, which means not only using them as a source ofknowledge, but also enforcing them «on the experience and on the emotionaland relational dimension» of the young students. The present contributionaims, therefore, to demonstrate how the valorization of differences,respect for the others, male and female, the management of emotions andcoeducation between the sexes, all proposed in non-stereotyped and flattenedteaching-learning contexts, but also creative and innovative, can helpto train in the new generations those necessary talents to develop an inclusive,equitable and non-violent culture.

Abstract: Dopo lunghi anni di attesa, nell'ottobre 2017 il MIUR ha emanato le primeLinee Guida Nazionali per l'attuazione del tanto discusso comma 16 dell'art.1 della Legge 107 del 2015 sollecitando le scuole di ogni ordine e grado atradurre le indicazioni contenute nel documento in azioni che non si limitinoa fornire conoscenze, bensì ad agire "sull'esperienza e sulla dimensioneemotiva e relazionale" delle/dei giovani studenti. Il presente contributo sipone, quindi, lo scopo di dimostrare come la valorizzazione delle differenze,il rispetto per l'altro/a da sé, la gestione delle emozioni e la coeducazionetra i sessi, proposti in contesti d'insegnamento-apprendimentonon stereotipati e appiattiti ma creativi e innovativi, possano contribuire aformare nelle nuove generazioni quei talenti necessari per sviluppare unacultura inclusiva, equa e non violenta.
