Title: The enhancement of talent in companies, between innovation of organizational forms of work and learning models

Abstract: The present contribution takes into consideration a specific aspect of learningin the workplace, with regard to the close interaction between skills development,talent valorisation, flexibility of organizational forms and methodsof work governance. The transformations taking place in the productiveworld require a different consideration of management practices for which,at present, the preconditions are recognized, together with several experiencesof revision of the forms of work organization. This implies an overallreview of the business strategies, with particular reference to the models ofhuman resources development, able to take into account the new complexitiesthat the transformation poses, not only in terms of production practicesbut also new social issues and the new relationship between humanprerogatives and technology.

Title: La valorizzazione del talento nelle imprese, tra innovazione delle forme organizzative del lavoro e dei modelli di apprendimento

Abstract: Il presente contributo prende in considerazione uno specifico aspettodell'apprendimento nei luoghi di lavoro, relativamente alla stretta interazioneche intercorre tra sviluppo delle competenze, valorizzazione del talento,flessibilizzazione delle forme organizzative e modalità di governo del lavoro.Le trasformazioni in atto nel mondo produttivo richiedono una letturadiversa delle pratiche di management per le quali si ravvisano, allo stato attuale,le precondizioni, unitamente a numerose esperienze di revisione delleforme di organizzazione del lavoro. Ciò implica una riconfigurazionecomplessiva delle strategie di impresa, con particolare riferimento ai modellidi sviluppo delle risorse umane, capace di tenere conto delle nuovecomplessità che la trasformazione pone, non solo sul piano delle praticheproduttive ma anche delle nuove istanze sociali e della nuova relazione traprerogative umane e tecnologia.
