Title: A teaching experience in Spain

Abstract: Within the 30-hours course of Orientación socioprofesional, 30 students of University of Navarra (Pamplona) enrolled in the five-years degree in Pedagogía y Educación Primaria participated in two educational activities between 4 March and 4 April 2019: one laboratory based on reciprocal teaching and six expressive writing sessions. The educational interventions aimed at dampening the study overload stress in which the students were in and promote their sense of self-efficacy.

Title: Un'esperienza di insegnamento in Spagna

Abstract: Nell'ambito del corso di 30 ore di Orientación socioprofesional, 30 studenti dell'Università di Navarra (Pamplona) iscritti al corso di studi quinquennale in Pedagogía y Educación Primaria hanno partecipato, tra il 4 marzo e il 4 aprile 2019, a due attività formative: un laboratorio basato sull'insegnamento reciproco e sei sessioni di scrittura espressiva. L'intervento formativo mirava a smorzare la situazione di stress da sovraccarico di studio in cui si trovavano gli studenti e a promuovere in loro il senso di autoefficacia.

Abstract: Dans le cadre du cours de 30 heures de socioprofessional d'Orientación, 30 étudiants de l'Université de Navarra (Pamplona) se sont inscrits au cours de cinq ans à Pedagogía y Educación primaire, entre le 4 mars et le 4 avril 2019, dans deux activités de formation: un laboratoire basé sur un enseignement mutuel et six séances d'écriture expressives.L'intervention de formation visait à atténuer la situation de surcharge stressante dans laquelle les élèves ont été trouvés et à promouvoir le sentiment d'auto-efficacité en eux.
