Title: Promoting the dual career in football. A pedagogical proposal
Abstract: This study aims to reflect upon the importance of promoting actions for the dissemination of dual career programmes to promote school and university education and/or the progressive integration into the labor market of young footballers. In order to implement these actions, we have investigated and examined the role the sports director is playing in supporting programs that ecourage the development of skills which help young footballers cope with transitions affecting their sports experience and post-career years.
