Title: From the ecological-dynamic approach to learning flexibility in the motor and sports training of the young athlete

Abstract: This study aims to open a discussion on the topic of motor learning and transferable learning. Qualitative motor learning calls for the use of evidence-based-teaching models and generalizable good practices. The model of teaching styles in physical education and sport requires a careful analysis of the theoretical frameworks within which to implement an effective teaching process. The spread of new teaching styles in motor and sports education requires a careful analysis of the theoretical frameworks within which these new styles are situated. The aim of this study is to decline the methodological assumptions of the ecological-dynamic approach for learning into clear instructional guidelines in structuring learning environments functional for the acquisition of motor and sports skills that are flexible and not rigid, constrained by the learning experience tout court. For these reasons, an analysis of the most recent literature was conducted, highlighting the most significant contributions within the current debate.

Title: Dall'approccio ecologico dinamico alla flessibilità degli apprendimenti nella formazione motoria e sportiva del giovane atleta

Abstract: Questo studio si prefigge di aprire un dibattito sul tema dell'apprendimento motorio e dell'apprendimento trasferibile. L'apprendimento motorio qualitativo sollecita il ricorso a modelli didattici basati sulle evidenze e a buone pratiche generalizzabili. Il modello degli stili di insegnamento nell'ambito dell'educazione motoria e sportiva richiede un'analisi attenta dei quadri teorici all'interno dei quali attuare un efficace processo didattico. L'obiettivo di questo studio è declinare i presupposti metodologici dell'approccio ecologico dinamico all'apprendimento in chiari orientamenti didattici per la strutturazione di ambienti di apprendimento funzionali all'acquisizione di competenze motorie e sportive, flessibili e non rigide, vincolate all'esperienza di apprendimento tout court. Per tali motivi è stata condotta un'analisi della letteratura più recente, evidenziando i contributi più significativi all'interno del dibattito attuale.

Title: Desde el enfoque ecológico dinámico hasta la flexibilidad del aprendizaje en la formación motora y deportiva del joven atleta

Abstract: Este estudio tiene como objetivo abrir un debate sobre el tema del aprendizaje motor y el aprendizaje transferible. El aprendizaje motor cualitativo insta al uso de modelos didácticos basados en evidencias y buenas prácticas generalizables. El modelo de estilos de enseñanza en el ámbito de la educación motora y deportiva requiere un análisis cuidadoso de los marcos teóricos dentro de los cuales implementar un proceso didáctico efectivo. El objetivo de este estudio es desglosar los supuestos metodológicos del enfoque ecológico dinámico hacia el aprendizaje en orientaciones didácticas claras para la estructuración de entornos de aprendizaje que sean funcionales para la adquisición de habilidades motoras y deportivas, flexibles y no rígidas, vinculadas a la experiencia de aprendizaje en sí. Por estas razones, se llevó a cabo un análisis de la literatura más reciente, destacando las contribuciones más significativas dentro del debate actual.
