Title: Methodologies of Youth Training in Volleyball: A Systematic Literature Review

Abstract: The work presents a systematic review of the literature on methods and tools for develop technical fundamentals in volleyball. Overall, 17 scientific contributions were identified, after an appropriate screening process, the purpose of this review. From the analysis of the results, it emerges that the analyzed works generally concern the methodologies used for teaching the various volleyball techniques (serve, underhand pass, set, smash). The main training methods found concern both more traditional methods such as instructional training, playful, plyometric, intensive or extensive training, and mixed approaches, such as the dynamic approach, the cognitive approach, the approach using visual aids, approach on partial and total combinations. Finally, other research has highlighted the effects of methodologies such as the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) and the Small Side Game (SSG).

Title: Metodologie di allenamento giovanile nella pallavolo: revisione sistematica della letteratura scientifica

Abstract: Il lavoro presenta una revisione sistematica della letteratura sui metodi e gli strumenti per lo sviluppo dei fondamentali tecnici nel mondo della pallavolo. Complessivamente sono stati individuati, dopo opportuno processo di screening, 17 contributi scientifici in accordo con lo scopo di questa revisione. Dall'analisi dei risultati emerge che i lavori analizzati riguardano in generale le metodologie usate per l'insegnamento delle varie tecniche della pallavolo (servizio, bagher, palleggio, schiacciata). I principali metodi di allenamento riscontrati riguardano sia metodi più tradizionali come l'instructional training, l'allenamento ludico, pliometrico, intensivo o estensivo, sia approcci misti, quali l'approccio dinamico, l'approccio cognitivo, l'approccio tramite ausili visivi, approccio su combinazioni parziali e totali. Infine altre ricerche hanno messo in luce gli effetti di metodologie come il Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) e gli Small Side Game (SSG).

Title: Jeunes méthodologies de formation en volleyball: révision systématique de la littérature scientifique

Abstract: Le travail présente une revue systématique de la littérature sur les méthodes et les outils pour le développement des fondamentaux techniques dans le monde du volleyball.Dans l'ensemble, 17 contributions scientifiques ont été identifiées après le processus de dépistage approprié conformément à l'objectif de cette révision.L'analyse des résultats montre que les travaux analysés en général concernent les méthodologies utilisées pour l'enseignement des différentes techniques de volleyball (service, Bagher, Dribble, Crushed).Les principales méthodes de formation ont révélé que les méthodes plus traditionnelles telles que la formation pédagogique, la formation récréative, pliométrique, intensive ou approfondie et les approches mixtes, telles que l'approche dynamique, l'approche cognitive, l'approche par les aides visuelles, l'approche sur les combinaisons partielles et totales.Enfin, d'autres recherches ont mis en évidence les effets des méthodologies telles que l'enseignement des jeux pour la sous-demande (TGFU) et le petit jeu latéral (SSG). Title: Metodologías de Entrenamiento Juvenil en Voleibol: Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura

Abstract: El trabajo presenta una revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre los métodos y herramientas para el desarrollo de los fundamentos técnicos en el voleibol. Se identificaron 17 contribuciones científicas en total, tras un adecuado proceso de selección, de acuerdo con el propósito de esta revisión. Del análisis de los resultados, se desprende que los trabajos analizados tratan en general las metodologías empleadas para la enseñanza de las diversas técnicas del voleibol (saque, pase, toque, remate). Los principales métodos de entrenamiento encontrados incluyen tanto métodos más tradicionales como el entrenamiento instruccional, el juego lúdico, el pliométrico, el intensivo o extensivo, como también enfoques mixtos, tales como el enfoque dinámico, el enfoque cognitivo, el enfoque mediante ayudas visuales y el enfoque sobre combinaciones parciales y totales. Finalmente, otras investigaciones han puesto de manifiesto los efectos de metodologías como el Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) y el Small Side Game (SSG).

Title: Metodologias de Treinamento Juvenil no Voleibol: Revisão Sistemática da Literatura

Abstract: O trabalho apresenta uma revisão sistemática da literatura sobre os métodos e ferramentas para o desenvolvimento dos fundamentos técnicos no voleibol. No total, foram identificadas 17 contribuições científicas, após um adequado processo de triagem, em concordância com o propósito desta revisão. Da análise dos resultados, emergiu que os trabalhos analisados tratam em geral das metodologias utilizadas para o ensino das diversas técnicas do voleibol (saque, recepção, levantamento, ataque). Os principais métodos de treinamento encontrados abrangem tanto métodos mais tradicionais, como o treinamento instrucional, lúdico, pliométrico, intensivo ou extensivo, quanto abordagens mistas, como a abordagem dinâmica, a abordagem cognitiva, o uso de auxiliares visuais, e as combinações parciais e totais. Por fim, outras pesquisas destacaram os efeitos de metodologias como o Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) e o Small Side Game (SSG).
